Copyright is a form of Intellectual Property Right (IPR) that exists in all the work that Exigia undertakes. That work includes materials contained in the Company’s websites and materials supplied as part of the services the Company undertakes for its clients. This notice explains what this means in more detail.
All contents of this and related websites (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Websites’, ‘Our Websites’ or ‘Its Websites’) are Copyright © Exigia Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Exigia’ or ‘The Company’), All rights reserved. No portion of The Websites may be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without the prior written permission of The Company.
‘The Websites’ includes related materials such as emails and downloads from or connected to exigia.com and any other related domains owned or operated by The Company.
The following Copyright Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Our Websites. By accessing The Websites, users acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. In the case of any violation of its Terms and Conditions, The Company reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to The Websites, both now and in the future.
IPR and copyright extend to all the products and services supplied by Exigia Ltd.
In accordance with The Company’s Service Terms and Conditions in the Agreement with its Clients
Exigia Ltd warrants and undertakes to its Clients that either it owns or is entitled to use and will continue to own or be entitled to use all Intellectual Property Rights used in the development and supply of the Services and/or necessary to give effect to the Services and/or to use any deliverables, matter or any other output supplied to the Clients as part of the Services.
The Company hereby grants to its Clients, for the life of the use by the Clients of any deliverables, material or any other output supplied to the Clients in any format as part of the Services, an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, adapt or enhance such items in the course of the Clients’ normal business operations. For the avoidance of doubt, Clients shall have no rights to commercially exploit (e.g. by selling to third parties) any deliverables, matter or any other output supplied to them in any format as part of the Services.
Except as expressly provided in The Company’s agreements, contracts or terms and conditions, no rights or obligations in respect of Intellectual Property Rights are granted to other Parties or are to be implied from the Company’s agreements, contracts, terms and conditions or this notice.
For the avoidance of doubt
ALL CONTENTS ON THE COMPANY’S WEBSITES ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED HEREIN, NO PORTION OF THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITES MAY BE REPRODUCED IN ANY FORM, OR BY ANY MEANS, WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE COMPANY.
