If you have a Client Account, it is managed for you by Exigia Ltd under its Terms and Conditions of use and subject to any contract between you or your employing organisation and the Company. You may continue to use your account at the sole discretion of Exigia Ltd. and subject to the wishes of your employer, if applicable.
You can access your Client Account via the website top menu, using the Client Portal > Login option. Your account is protected by a username and password, plus SSL encryption.
Messages for clients in general and your organisation in particular may appear on the Home page and the client options available to you appear as headings and sub-headings of the Client Portal.
If you need support with your account and can still login, please raise a new ticket via the Helpdesk option of the Client Portal.
